How to SEO-optimize product categories?

Good afternoon,
I got stuck while developing SEO-optimized product categories.
Seoshnikov, tell me:
1. Is it better to display the description in categories only on the first page (my-category), on all (my-category/page/2 ... my-category/page/3) or categories do not need to be indexed at all?
2. How do search engines treat the " Read more " link (part of the text is hidden in height with CSS, but remains written in the HMTL code)?
3. Is it possible to place through text (list of cities and delivery time) on all pages of the site or will it also be duplicates?
4. no-follow tagdo they place only on external links (social networks, other sites) or on internal pages (for example, a shopping cart)?
Thanks in advance for good advice!

1. I'm not sure that I understood correctly, please describe in more detail
2. I advise you to duplicate such blocks, for example, in front of the footer in full. But still, search engines can take this text into account. You can conduct an experiment, for example, place in the hidden part a unique rubbish like "Vasilis fluff zaverbak" and after a while check the availability of a page for this request.
3. of course you can. Your pages are not unique anyway, there is copyright, menus, etc. The text must be unique, and similar things please.
4. It is possible and internal, if it is necessary that the page does not receive weight. For example, Google recommends that you always no-follow links that lead to closed sections, such as registration, authorization, shopping cart, etc.

1) on the first
2) bad, see services for webmasters - how the search engine sees the site
3) you can, especially if you mark that these are contacts
4) whatever you like, you can use internal ones, but apart from robots, internal ones are so-so

1. It is necessary for any, but write the number in the title on each page
2. If it’s not js, then it’s okay, but undesirable
3. Required
4. Previously, nofollow links were put on product cards, now they are no longer relevant. I don't see the point in this.
