Is it true that sites larger than 10 MB are not indexed by search engines?

I found out about it in the Yandex dock .
But in Google and Yandex, when you enter the name of the site, it appears in the search results, although the site weighs 10.7 MB.
This is a laning so a large size for them in a trailer is normal.
I didn’t understand there they wrote that it was not indexed, although in fact it was indexed, how so?

Probably "Documents larger than 10Mb are not indexed" and not "sites".

Очевидно, речь идёт о размере html-страницы, не считая всех её ресурсов.
