The simplest terminal RDP server on Ubuntu / CentOS under HyperV - how?

Colleagues, help. I don’t understand anything in Linux, but you need to achieve at least a half-life terminal server on Ubuntu 18 / CentOS 7. All instructions on the Internet are half working (often come across already irrelevant at all), some manuals somehow get up, but the GUI (xfce, gnome) is unrealistic slow down! Real slideshow.
And both on 2008R2 and 2016 Windows. Servers without discrete vidyuhi (I suspect they are also a jamb, because on XFCE I removed the visual effects and it got a little better).
Absolutely someone has a couple of bookmarks on this topic - please share.

Making an RDP or VNC server from Linux is a waste of time. Look aside https://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php
In fact, Linux itself is a terminal server! It is enough to put XServer + putty on the client, and XFCE-desktop on the server , and it will also be good!
XServer for Windows - see vcxsrv or xming .
Well, for Windows 10 you can do this - https://habr.com/post/305372/ and https://xakep.ru/2017/02/03/wsl-in-colors/

1. Linux itself works remotely
2. The graphic part is also connected via the network (localhost)
, so you can simply use the graphic core from Linux on your PC, for this you will need all 300 kb of software for Windows, and it even works; )

Better yet, describe why you need it, most likely you can do everything differently

(
"Live hack":
Hyper-V -- it's better to write with a minus, otherwise G. also gives out "hypervisor"
)
1)
Microsoft will include “out-of-the-box” the XRDP software in Linux Virtual machines on Hyper-V in order to enabled the enhanced mode.
. . .
You will be able to use
•drive redirection (because of integration of the xRDP solution)
•Clipboard (because of integration of xRDP package solution)
•better mouse and keyboard integration
•more user friendly experience
•resize display
•possibly remote access to your virtual machine using standard Microsoft Tools (ie mstsc.exe)
2)

Network Access to Unity Desktop via RDP in Ubuntu ...
PS Let's start with the above, and so much needs clarification
For example:
RemoteFX video card added to Hyper-V VM?
(Possibly unrelated to xRDP)
