How to set up TightVNC?

I have kali 2017. I need to set up vnc to manage via LAN from Android. I set up TightVNC, changed xstartup, but in the end, when I connect from android via Jump (RDP & VNC), I get a gray screen. Can you please help me set it up? How to run this gnome?

xstartup is a script that runs commands. You probably need to set it to start a Gnome session. A gray screen means that nothing has started.
