How to edit the list of installed axes at boot (Linux, Windows)?

Windows and Linux Ubuntu is installed on the computer, and every time you boot, you have to select Windows in the list, because it is at the very bottom, if you don’t have time, then after 5 seconds it automatically loads Ubuntu, where to dig into Ubuntu to edit the list and put Windows in beginning of the list?
