It will be necessary to publish stories, with the possibility of commenting and maybe some kind of rating. For this, I think a blogging engine without bells and whistles would be suitable. Need a simple and stylish design. If there is still authentication through the social. networks (twitter, facebook, vkontakte, etc.) are generally super. Well, if it's still all run on GAE (Google Application Engine), then it's just a waste :) And if it's still raw on java, then it's just endless euphoria :)

Maybe just some blogspot-type service will do, but I don't like commenting, when the user is thrown to some other page, where everything is awry. Although it can be configured.
