The server turns all the coolers at maximum speed, what should I do?

There is a server, motherboard Intel Server Board S2600CP.
2 processors with cooling radiators, 5 coolers in a row.
Everything worked fine (at startup it turned on at maximum speed and then slowed down), but after the company moved independently, all coolers spin at maximum speed, and even the power supply cooler.
how to be, what to do, where to dig?
Raid array is degraded, but this is unlikely to be related to the topic ...

bios reset to default

Well, they answered themselves :) In the BIOS, the rotation speed of coolers is usually set to Optimal (different items have different points, but the meaning is the same). If you need it to spin "quietly" - go into the BIOS and reconfigure the speed. But you need to keep in mind that the server itself can increase the speed if it considers that it is overheating.

The ambient temperature is possibly higher in the new location. Try setting the temperature on the air conditioner lower. 18-20 degrees for the server is the most.

If 1 PSU dies, then all coolers increase their speed, this was observed in HP and EMC storage systems. HP Blade baskets are cut to the maximum if buggy equipment is stuck in one of the ports.
In general, I advise you to check the server logs for problems with iron.
