When replacing the RAM, the server does not turn on?

Available: Processor E3-1240-8M-Cache-3_30-GHz , Motherboard Intel Beartooth Pass LC S1200BTL , RAM - Kingston 9965472-006.A00LF \ Unbuffered DIMM \ DDR3 SDRAM .
Installed 2 slats in 1 and 3 slots, replaced them with others - did not work. I put new ones in neighboring slots - it did not work. When replacing the above RAM, on the above mat. board, on a Crucial 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Unbuffered DDR3... the motherboard signals when it is turned on and even the BIOS does not load ( black screen ). Please tell me what could be the reason?

See on the dock what memory it supports and in which slots you need to put it.
Plus, listen to exactly how it squeaks and use the same manual to find out what the error is.

Try resetting the bios to default settings. Usually this is a jumper on the motherboard.
Then put in a new memory.
According to the specification on the Intel website, the new memory is suitable.

According to the specification, the mother supports memory with a frequency of 1333. Well, I took 2 brackets (DDR3 RAM 4GB Kingston 1333MHz PC3-10600). After installation, the computer did not start, with no combinations in rearranging the slats. Updating the bios to the latest beta didn't help. I put a more "fashionable" percentage did not help. The postcode card signaled that the plug was in the "memory"
