The remote Amazon RDP computer is not connected to the network, who faced it?

Worked on a remote computer in Amazon. everything was fine. I disconnected. After a while, I connect to me in response, it is reported that the remote computer is not connected to the network or is not turned on at all, etc.
Reboot did not help, getting a new dns too. I can't connect from different computers.
Who faced, tell me.

If anyone gets rattled here is the recipe
In the AWS console, edit your security group or create a new one and add a new Inbound rule: "All Traffic" and Custom IP = {Your IP}
Go to the instance you want to connect to and press Connect and download the Remote Desktop File or open it from the web browser.
In the same screen as in point 2 (Connect to your instance), click on Get Password and uploaded your .pem file directory that you should have downloaded earlier and decrypt my password
Sign into the RDP using Administrator for the username and that password.
Be sure to restart the server after the manipulations
