How to install bitrix environment in Amazon EC2 cloud?
Hello.
Many people know that amazon provides developers with a free cloud server for various purposes (testing, experimenting, home project).
I got such a server. And I want to deploy BitrixVM on it.
First way:
Deploy the ami-image prepared by Bitrix. It didn't work, because For some reason, it requires 50GB, and Amazon provides 30GB for free.
Ok, in that case I installed a clean CentOs and ran the bitrx-env.sh script. The manual says that next you need to go to the server as root and you will be happy. However, as I understand it, the root user is disabled on Amazon.
Who figured out how to work with the Bitrix environment on Amazon? Any understandable manual.
