The profiles of the RAM stick have 3 profiles, while there is no one for which this bar is designed, what's the problem?

As you can see on the screenshot, the bar is designed for a frequency of 1333, but this frequency is not in the profiles (Timings Table). In the BIOS, it was automatically defined as 1066, so I set the frequency to 1333. Everything seems to be working fine, but I would like to know in what ways you can check the correct operation and whether this is fraught with consequences.
