The processor heats up to 100 degrees in idle, can you help?

Good afternoon, Experts needed
I bought a new computer, MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 2700x processor, DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L240T water cooling, Cougar STX750 power supply. Under loads, even the heaviest ones, temperatures are normal, but in prolonged idle or minimal load (more than 10 minutes), the processor heats up to 100 degrees to the accompaniment of roaring dropsy and the computer turns off.

@xez

Hand over the dropsy under warranty and take a regular tower cooler.
For such a price there will be zero problems, low temperatures and silence.

Is there fluid in the system? crazy question, but there was a precedent. next: check the pump and radiator. there is nothing else to break.
In addition, about dropsy: IMHO I agree with Dmitry Roo . go back to conventional heat pipe air cooling.

And you don’t use the epic games store by chance, recently I saw information that the game launcher itself heats amd processors to high temperatures, there is some kind of bug in their launcher. I advise you to look, I don’t know if the bug was fixed
