How to fix RAM problem?

Good afternoon! I had 2 sticks of 8 gigabytes of RAM in my PC (Kingston HyperX FURY Black [HX432C16FB3K2/16] 16 GB) worked at 3200 MHz, everything was fine, I decided to buy another 8 gigabytes, but there was no exactly the same model, so I I took it at 3000 MHz (HyperX Predator DDR4 3000 MHz 1x8 GB (HX430C15PB3 / 8)), after reading on the Internet that everything should work correctly, at 3000 MHz.
As a result, mat. the board determines the frequency at 2400 MHz and when you change it manually at least by 2666 at least by 3000 MHz, the computer simply does not turn on, it always reboots, it requires system recovery, you have to take out the extremely purchased memory and set 2400 MHz with two dice in the BIOS to make everything work again. The bios is updated, in some places I have already rearranged it differently, I can not understand what the problem is.
Help, please, for the 2nd day I have been reading, chemist, nothing has changed.

It's strange that it somehow works.
Your kits have different Primary Timings (CL).
In the instructions for your m/b, I'm sure it says somewhere "Never use memory with different CL timings!".
In general, RAM is a rather capricious thing. Especially overclocked, especially in the composition of more than 2 bars.
So try to somehow assemble a set with at least the same primary timings. 3200 is not a great frequency. There is a chance it will work.
For example, I have a set of 4 bars, 16 each, with a frequency of 3600.
For 2, they work quietly at the declared frequency, but all 4 are stable only at 3333. (CPU R 3700 @ B450)
