The printer prints itself, how to fix it?

Good afternoon. The problem is that when you turn on the computer, the printer starts printing a page with a couple of emoticons. Removed completely drivers for the printer ... did not help.
The bundle is - Asus wifi RT-N14U - Printer Hp laserjet 3030 - works through LPRServer
Thanks for the help.

1. Find the source of the problem Does the
printer print when the computer is turned on, or can it print without the computer?
Network printer? Who had access to the printer at the time of the crime? Does he have an alibi? What was he doing at that moment?
What software works with the printer? What software was installed recently before the printer started beeping you? What viruses are installed on the computer?
2. Eliminate it
Problem in PC: Check all startup (you can use the built-in Windows tools, but it is also convenient with Anvir, for example. Including check obscure services, programs, scripts (vbs, bat, cmd), scheduler log. Check if it has if anyone has remote access to a PC.Remove viruses and other malware, install Linux.
Public network printer: Packet sniffer. Printer access log and subsequent calculation by IP. If you can’t calculate by IP (dhcp server), then you can calculate by poppy address (new secret technology of Malaysian special services). Checking tasks through its web interface (suddenly there is such a bug there and even used by someone as a joke). Temporary elimination of access to the printer through the Google Print cloud, if such a feature exists. Appropriate changes in access to the printer (limit the circle of pranksters who will have access to the printer via Google print).
The printer does not matter which one, but it prints by itself: do everything you can from the "Diagnostics and Maintenance" section in the software that came with the printer and most likely installed (Canon MyPrinter) for example. Sew it. Contact a specialist.
Well, before all this, go through this LRPServer of yours, I don’t even know what it is, so you’ll figure it out yourself)
