How to print receipts?

Good afternoon dear experts. I can't figure out how to print receipts.
The situation is as follows: connected Sam4s ellix 50db to the router and set up everything you need. Checks are output only through the native GIANT TOOL utility, and then, the output of checks is only in test mode, to check the performance of this printer. The question is: what software should I use to create and display my own checks? Thank you!
