How to eliminate friezes in games in AFK mode?

Good day to all!
Faced such a problem. Freezes begin in almost all games in AFK mode. For example, in games EST2 or Risk of Rain 2. As soon as you exit the AFK mode, everything becomes normal.
According to the technical characteristics of the PC, it meets the system requirements of games.
OC Windows 10.
