Print documents in Chrome browser without Google Cloud Print?

Good day, gentlemen experts!
I have a very strange question - is it possible to print html elements directly from the browser without calling a virtual printer? How many did not search - in any way from the word at all. All through WinPrint.print();, and it calls Google Print, if in chrome (it's understandable). On others, the browser only opens a new window.
I don't care about other browsers anymore. How to start printing without a dialog box? And this is all in Angular 7.

Explain what is at stake? What is WinPrint?
To open the standard print form page in the browser, you just need to call print (), no cloud printers, regular chrome form, choose to print to local pdf and select a list of local printers of the operating system, the same is displayed when you press ctrl + p
ps without a dialog
and also, by no means, from javascript on the page you will not be able to access real printers, you need a layer in the form of a plug-in or extension, this is a security issue, otherwise attackers will be able to doss organizations in this way, displaying all kinds of garbage on their printers
