Why is the "Online/Error" error constantly on in the samsung ml 1615 printer? We looked at all the errors by the status of the indicators. When red is on, the network/error is:
- Paper jam.
- The front cover is open. Close the front cover.
- The paper feed tray is empty. Load paper in the tray.
- The toner cartridge has run out of toner. Take out the old toner cartridge and install a new one.
We checked everything listed above, it does not suit us. In our case, when the printer is turned on, this error immediately lights up and the printer does absolutely nothing, with the errors listed above, the printer must do a performance test. Has anyone encountered a similar error?
