The plug is coming off the new new headphones, what is the problem and what to do?
I bought not so long ago overhead wired headphones Ritmix RH - 524 in the CSN.
Connector standard mini-jack 3.5 mm.
As soon as I brought it home and inserted it into the input on the laptop, I noticed that the sound was a little not full, twisted the plug in the connector a little - the sound improved. Although the laptop is relatively new and I almost never used the connector at all.
This is the same story in the smartphone, although it is generally new.
At first I sinned on the plugs themselves - maybe they are too "free" for the volume of the plug or the tabs are not bent as it should be inside the connector on the devices.
But I put in the old headphones and it works fine.
Now everything has worsened and everything has worsened very much - you need to turn and pull the headphone plug for a long time so that it "catch" a normal sound.
I don’t even understand until the end this is a jamb in the headphone plug itself or the wire is stupidly interrupted at the plug.
Tell me what to do I don't remember what the guarantee is. Month or year. Can I take them to a store for an exchange if more than a month has passed? Suddenly they will say that it was I who interrupted the cord, as I will prove. Thank you.

If you have a receipt or a warranty card, then it is better to try to change it. If it doesn’t work out to change, then you can get worn out with repairs if you feel sorry for the money for new ones.
If, nevertheless, a home-made repair, then disassemble the case and cut off the plug.
Ring the plug and wire with a tester and replace the broken wire/plug. We take a soldering iron, clean the ends, tin and solder.
Fill the solder joint in the headphones with hot glue.
Fix the junction of the wire and the plug with a heat shrink tube
And, in principle, it is ready.
But as for me, it’s better not to take a steam bath and take new ones or change them - when buying, take a player / laptop with you and check on the spot that everything is fine.
Shit wire / plug - 100%
if the store does not replace under warranty, then you buy a new collapsible and repair
the issue price < 50 rubles
Try a very careful (with good light and better meter) comparison of plug sizes. Perhaps your new ones are slightly different sizes. In this case, a small undercut or vice versa a drop of tin can help.
