Wireless TV signal transmission within the apartment

The wife was given the task of ensuring high-quality signal reception by the TV set in the kitchen. Pulling a separate cable is lazy (because everything is repaired), there is a cable in the room behind the wall. The TV set has an indoor antenna.
Actually the question is, is it possible to attach some transmitting antenna to the cable? Or make something like a galvanic isolation through the wall, because drilling it is also not desirable. The wall in the theory of ZhB, but there is no loss of the WiFi signal.
Unfortunately, I am not strong in the physics of high-frequency electromagnetic fields.

I myself am a programmer, but my dad, a level 80 signalman, said it was easier to drill. He spoke a lot of incomprehensible words, among which I disassembled “VHF and UHF transmitter”, “non-weak amplifier”, “not available for sale”, “will jam everyone else”, “interference” and “communication supervision with a bag of cradles will come”.
Well, already from me, advice: before the next repair, think over, and during it, implement a network of tubes for laying cables under the floor.
