How to find coax specialists?

Moscow, center.
Some garbage is going on with the most common coaxial cable. CCTV.
Mounted in the wall, who knows where.
The stupid method on the short circuit and on the contact did not give anything.
I think we need some big-headed people with some kind of device who will say, they say, "a break in the central vein 10 centimeters in the wall."
I am aware of the existence of cable locators, but firstly I want to push the matter to specialists; Secondly, in order to then operate with their conclusion, and not with their own opinion; and so on.
Google gives offices that either do not have the ability to analyze (I can stupidly lay a cable through the channel myself) or want unhidden wiring (and in this case, again, I would do everything myself).

Well, any office where there is a coaxial tester, usually these are providers and more or less large offices for laying low voltage, video surveillance and other things.
Call call the brigade, repair, pay.
As an option, first a contract or an advance payment.

"The stupid method on the short circuit and on the contact did not give anything." - how to understand it:
1. Is there a short circuit or not?
2. Short circuit resistance?
3. Visual inspection?
4. It is not clear from the post whether there is a picture or not? or hindrance or what?
After all, before the departure of a specialist, you need to at least adequately set the task!

In my opinion, an ordinary cable tester can determine the length of the cable, there is a break

Let's say we have 20..30 pieces of cameras via coaxial. Firstly, its disadvantages - sometimes it is eaten by mice / rats; if it is passed somewhere, it is very easy to get a floating fault; susceptibility to interference from power equipment. The result - regularly, one or two or three cameras are off, weak currents are constantly running around, shrugging their hands, wires are often laid in the walls, under the ceilings, it is very difficult to maintain in short. In general, I am for the introduction of modern solutions, including ip-cameras to remote points, and where it is difficult to lay normal lines.

Based on the fact that a lot of time has been spent searching for specialists, and so far without results, it makes sense to make another approach to self-testing.
1. Turn off everything, short the wire at one end, measure the resistance. On all wires, including workers. Compare results.
2. Check the power wires in the same way.
3. Check the cameras for operability on short wires.
4. Replace, resolder or repack connectors.
5. Ring again, check for operability.
6. Call specialists to lay new cables or replace cameras if you cannot do it yourself.
PS I would take it, and I know people who would do it, but they are all in Belarus...
