The Nvidia driver of the integrated laptop video card flies, Possible causes?

Laptop Samsung NP300V5A-S0DRU For the
last two years, the driver of the integrated Nvidia video card has been constantly crashing through a blue screen.
There were suspicions of overheating (usually it crashed under load), but cleaning and replacing the thermal paste did not help - it also crashes at a light load.
Reinstalling the drivers and rolling back to the factory settings (through the manufacturer's website) did not give any results.
Reinstalling Windows didn't help.
After crash. the system does not see the video card - you need to remove the drivers and clean the registry.

Nvidia integrated graphics driver crashes through a blue screen

Er... faq? In the sense that the OS just falls into a BSOD, or does it have to be reinstalled every time after a crash?
A "chip dump" is possible, or the video processor "simply" dies.
if there was a simple overheating, the driver would not have crashed, there would have been just errors.

windows what? if 10 then mb shinda itself creates something -> win tweaker
bsdos what? nvld....? means overheating, check if the thermal paste touches the chip. because on some laptops 3-4mm distance
apparently came to the edge of the chip (overheating with a blade). or some components on the bus

most likely the video chip is out of order, you can solder it to a new one and use it further. Such a breakdown occurs due to overheating (they did not clean and change the thermal paste in time).
