What will happen to performance if you buy a motherboard with an RAM frequency higher than the frequency of the memory itself and the processor?

There is an AMD FX 8350 that supports RAM up to 1866 MHz, memory from Kingston 8gb with a frequency of 1866 MHz and a mother with a supported frequency up to 2400 MHz

1866 will be if the frequency is working, and not the overclocked
mother does not "support" the memory frequency, it only supports the
maximum type for ddr3 and there are these 2400
but whether the memory is chasing or not, and whether it supports the percentage drive, and whether this is the working frequency, or at maximum acceleration you need to understand.

How many percent does it support? If more than 1866, then you will be happy, but it seems like ... the frequency of the percent. maybe less.
RAM will run max. as often as possible. The mother will transmit as much as she can, and the percent. will take as much as he can.
