Is it possible to reduce CPU heat dissipation by removing hyperthreading? And if so, by how much?

Here is an example of zions for 2011.
There are already enough cores for work. And also hypertraidin.
But terribly 130 heat is heated.
So I thought maybe disabling hyper trading will help reduce heat generation?

It is better to limit the frequency for all cores: it is the main heating factor.
Well, buy a normal radiator ...

The last time I saw such temperatures, it was a crooked cooler setup. I hope you ruled this out.
