Will an 800VA UPS theoretically fit a computer with a "gaming" configuration and a 650W power supply?

So a person bought a battery UPS from me that holds a load of 800VA. But he himself says that he has a computer with a gaming configuration, he didn’t say what exactly he has inside, with the exception of the power supply unit, which is designed for 650W. This person himself is rendering video. How high is the probability that this uninterruptible power supply will not pull the load and automatically turn off? How many watts do computers with this configuration typically draw from the network?

Considering a spherical horse in a vacuum that moves uniformly and rectilinearly in a vacuum, taking into account that this is a supersymmetric horse, which from all sides is a horse, no matter how you look at it, it will pull, but not more than 1-2 minutes.
Up to 650W
In reality, a good modern gaming PC can easily fit into 300W in pre-peak load

For reference: 800VA = 480W. This is such a marketing move by UPS manufacturers.
