The nvidia driver creates friezes after installation, what should I do?

Good afternoon, System:

Windows 10 Корпоративная 2016 с долгосрочным обслуживанием
Процессор: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Видеокарта: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Память: 16,00 ГБ

After buying a PC, I began to basically put it into sleep mode, take it out and continue to work. There were no problems with the drivers, but recently, after such a wake-up, one appeared:
The computer freezes if you perform any actions: run programs, rewind videos, or simply turn the slider up > down on notepad +, for example. Also, it happens that the monitor turns off in such friezes for a second, and videos in the browser can throw an error asking you to reload the tab.
I found out that the problem was in the nvidia driver, deleted it - everything is fine, basic tasks like browsing the browser, scrolling the slider and working in Excel, etc. - all without lags, but how without a driver? Yes, and the system itself puts it after a while.

What have you been doing:
  • I deleted the driver, waited for the system to install itself.
  • Updated the driver to a newer one.
  • I completely uninstalled and installed the newest version.
  • I completely uninstalled it using Display Driver Uninstaller in a safe way and installed the newest version.

There is only one result - either the system itself will deliver it to me, or I will update it, but in the end I am with the driver, and the system is storming to the impossible.
Advise, please, ways of the decision, except for reinstallation of windows. Thank you!

@Ezhyg

Roll back the driver version of the visible card one or two (three to five) versions back and forbid Windows to update it.
