How are multiple Geforce Titans cooled in SLI mode?

How is such a sandwich of several titans cooled? If everything is clear with the one on top, then with the other three it is not very clear, because their coolers are tightly closed for air intake.

It sucks they cool with native Carlsons. The turbine takes air from the surface and blows it back and forth.
As they stand in a row - the gap is a couple of millimeters. Maybe this is enough if the turbines roar at full power?
