The name of AD and the external site is the same, how to make the site load?
Good afternoon,
I ran into such a situation, bought a domain for example noname.org, brought it to AD, the site was secondary, then the management decided to switch completely to it.
At the moment, the site is not loading inside the network, how can I get out of this situation?
Rebooting to a new domain will no longer work, a large volume.

www.noname.org
probably not on the internal network. Set its address to the external network.
Well, it seems to me that the easiest way is to raise IIS on a DC that resolves from the local network as noname.org and redirect to the server of the "external" site. As an option ... Yes, you can probably think of a lot, many decisions depend on: a) where the server is (I assumed that it is inside the local area), b) what services and tasks are solved by the site (I assumed only http / https) ... and etc.
