Way to create accounts with lifetime on local pc in AD?

There is a building with a large fleet of machines, AD and a large number of personal user accounts. The machines have accumulated a large stock of accounting records, on which a large amount of information has been accumulated. What is the best way to implement automatic cleaning of all accounts on machines? I'm leaning towards mandater profiles now, but it seems there are a lot of problems and bugs with them.
