Is it possible to create a ban on folders in the active directory?

Hello!
Please tell me if it is possible to somehow organize a ban on access to folders through the active directory .
What you need:
1. What would be hidden folders for example: windows, program files.
2. And so that the domain admin could, if necessary, open these folders when you need to configure something.
Thanks for the help!

If you look closely, the snake starts in the old coordinates along the X axis, but if you press "right", it suddenly resets the X coordinate and teleports to the left edge of the screen. That is, as if suddenly remembers where it was necessary to start.
On the subject of the question: You are resetting variables, but not resetting block properties. You move it through styles. The fact that the snake starts at the top is a coincidence, a stroke of luck, because the first thing to do is to change the style property responsible for the vertical position, so that it is immediately overwritten, while the horizontal remains the same. In a good way, you need to change both style properties at the time of (re)starting the game. And you don't.

It is possible, through GPO policies.

In short, no.
Through politics - most likely yes. But not through AD
