Bitrix, Desk, Orderino... everything has its pros and cons, but it's impossible to work in them without adding dozens of Excel files for additional reports. Everything is unfinished. I'm looking for a CRM.
The main features are the automatic setting of the next task after the completion of the current one and a dialog box after the completion of the task for filling out a progress report.
You also need an easy attachment of files (or better, scanning to the cloud right away) and a printout of contracts "according to a template" with the substitution of contact data.
