I decided to clean up my computer. I removed the lid and didn't pull anything out. I took cotton pads and ear sticks. I soaked the ear sticks a little, it was not wet, very damp and cleaned the video card a little. I cleaned all sorts of fans with disks. Then turn on the PC and writes no signal black screen. I watched vilio, nothing happened, then for some reason my keyboard and mouse did not work, help me !!!

Helped with what? Water? In general, equipment is cleaned with alcohol. Theoretically, it is possible with water, but it's hard. You must first turn off the power by unplugging the power cord from the outlet and pressing the power button to discharge the capacitors. After cleaning, you need to dry well so that nothing shortens. And so, apparently, something somewhere and shorted. It is necessary to dry and hope that nothing burned down and after drying it will work.
Another option - when cleaning, something was touched and there is no contact - a memory bar, a video card, some kind of cable.
