How to connect to a computer over a network without a network card driver installed?

There is a computer with bare Windows seven. It contains the Gigabyte P75-D3 motherboard, respectively, and the built-in network card, into which a wire is plugged, the other end of which goes to the Mikrotik router, on which DHCP is configured. A D-Link DWA-510 wi-fi whistle is plugged into the computer.
The following happened: in a hurry for a very short time before the end of the working day (so there were circumstances) I reinstalled the system on the computer. There were no drivers at hand, I stuck a whistle, installed drivers for it (we have a network both by wire and by Wi-Fi through Unifi points). I managed to set up remote access in three ways: via RDP, within the network via the LiteManager software, via TeamViewer. I managed to go to the Gigabyte website and download the chipset and network card drivers for the above-mentioned motherboard of both revisions, but for some reason only the chipset drivers came up, for the network card - no.
Since time was running out and I had to run away, I thought, well, there is access, in a normal way, I’ll set up the network and, in general, the computer remotely from home on the weekends.
The drivers for this d-link whistle are somehow strange: the whistle did not want to connect to the access point by standard means (although it detected it), the connection was configured only through the d-link utility. Which is launched together with the user.
Yes, that's right. I foolishly rebooted the computer, and now it is idle there, because it will connect to the Wi-Fi network after logging in.
Question: in this scenario, is there any way to return the computer to the network remotely (at least via Wi-Fi, at least via Ethernet)? Or is it from the category of miracles?

Yes, these miracles are called IPMI or IP-KVM, they are bought and configured in advance, for the first one you also need support at the level of the motherboard and processor. They allow at least remotely configuring the BIOS, at least installing the system, in your case, just go and do it with pens.

Usually, in such cases, the plumber Vasily or the security guard Grisha helps, they can poke the necessary buttons on the phone. If there are no such people, then just go or develop telekinesis 80lvl.
