How to return the connection window to wi-fi?

Good afternoon.
The wi-fi connection section itself disappeared this morning, when the laptop was turned on. Nothing special happened yesterday, I didn’t even notice an update of the system or its components. Nothing was removed, nothing new was installed. Airplane mode is disabled. The bluetooth is also gone.
Removed all network devices, rebooted the laptop, nothing changed. Doesn't react to fn + f3.

@Danka19

If someone else has such a problem, I had the WLAN auto-configuration service turned off, it was because of this that wifi and bluetooth did not work. The problem is completely solved when resetting network settings (instructions at the end of the article ).
