Maybe someone has come across something similar. I recently installed a 3060 ti. The setup is as follows: z370m mortar, i5-8600k, Xilence Performance A+ III at 650w, 2x8GB DDR 4 2400mhz, and the 3060 ti itself. It behaves strangely in games, not even loading at 90% (average 50-70). Moreover, in single games, things are better with loading than online (for example, the same GTA V). According to the idea of ​​the notorious Bottle neck, there should not be, judging by other tests of a similar configuration. And the processor itself is not loaded more than 60-70%. I turned on the turbobust mode by increasing the processor frequency, there were no radical changes. And it seems that the FPS and settings are acceptable, but the fact that the video card is not fully implemented is haunting.
