How to make Intel GMA 3600 graphics card work fine on debian 7?

Good day!
I have a Foxconn nT-i1250 nettop , it has an Intel GMA 3600 video card, I can’t find a working driver for it, some problems constantly arise.
For example, now my image on the monitor is not stretched to the full screen (i.e., as if the virtual machine window is open in windowed mode, the rest, with a total area of about 25% of the monitor area, is just black). How can this be fixed and how can I install the driver for this video card?
pS: at the moment it is not possible to switch to another hardware, so please do not offer such options!

There is no working option. Install MeGoo, where this card starts up with a bang, including hardware video decoding.
