The manufacturer has limited the number of active RAM slots, how to unlock?

Hello. I suddenly ran into a problem - 2 out of 4 memory slots on my laptop do not work. At the same time, I did not find any defects, the wiring is real, not sham (and why do sham wiring slots on the motherboard), they even have power. Well, i.e. you can stick memory sticks into any of the 4 slots, but with any combination, only 2 will work. I called Acer support and asked about this issue, they said that the HM77 chipset was supposedly to blame (for the i7-3632QM processor), called INTEL support - they said that the specification for the processor and chipset is correct and they do not underestimate anything in hardware, i.e. Of the supported 32GB of memory, 32GB should work. In general, I came to the conclusion that Acer set a limit on the amount of memory through the BIOS, possibly due to the 4GB GF730M graphics chip for power efficiency and extended battery life. Any options for unlocking the remaining 16GB?

If you do not take into account jambs in the motherboard, then the limit is only in the BIOS.
and if there are no alternative firmware from the manufacturer or enthusiasts, then it remains only to suck to do this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
