The latest image of Windows. How to get the?

If you download the original windows image (for example, 8.1) from the site using the "Windows Installation Media Creator" utility ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/... then will this mean that I will get an image with all the latest updates? Or is there only the latest SP?
Do microsoft images rebuild? Or is the image formed, what is called "on the fly"?
Maybe there is no point in downloading from the site (low speed) unless you are afraid to download from torrents .

The Media Creation Tool downloads the latest official image of the selected release. After the release of major updates, these images are updated only if there are vulnerabilities and bugs in the installation process.
Nobody forbids downloading from torrents, just if you use unofficial builds (and official images have hashes) - don't be surprised that your data may be in the possession of third parties, as well as the fact that someone mines crypto on the sly on your computers.

There is the last assembly at the time before the transition to win 10 if we talk about win 8.1.
