Windows 10 optimization. What can and what should be disabled?

I bought a new laptop, this time I want to finally switch to "healthy practices" of use: disable everything superfluous, run everything dubious on a VM (MS has an interesting solution with built-in Windows Sandbox virtualization), disable all unnecessary services (for example, telemetry, all sorts of Xbox 's, etc.). I understand that everyone has their own vision of optimization, for example, someone would suggest disabling Hyper-V, which I need in this case. However, any suggestions are relevant, someone who googles this topic will need it.
The first googled articles do not inspire confidence, primarily due to the fact that I myself do not understand the Windows device well enough to boldly cut it live. Therefore, I would be grateful if you would share your tweaks for Windows, explaining why and why. Or maybe leave links to articles that you think are trustworthy.

PS
Just in case setup:
Win 10 Home v2004
Ryzen 4800h
16gb RAM 3200MHz
512 SSD
1650 GeForce

Write it down. You can just use Windows and not bother with stupid things like "optimization".
Because you can read all sorts of nonsense on the net and break something, and then scold the clumsy Windows, although it would be worth scolding your crooked hands.

O&O ShutUp10 is a useful program that allows you to disable telemetry, updates, cortana, and dozens of other spyware functions. It's also useful to turn off hybrid sleep mode , otherwise, a dozen are very free to use your computer while you sleep)) CCleaner
will help with the rest - cutting out excess software, autoloads, scheduled tasks, cache, outdated registry paths.

God Mode can help you. To do this, create a folder and name it GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} and instead of GodMode, you can specify another name, but the dot, curly braces and expression in them should not change.
Further, this folder, when you click on it, will appear to you in the form of a menu with which you can reconfigure almost everything in Win10 .

Use it wisely. FPS will not increase, but fine tuning will help.
