If nothing is playing on the laptop, music or video, and the sound is turned on on the laptop, then a very quiet hiss of the speakers is heard. I did not notice him before, the computer was turned on, and it was not audible. By the way, the speakers on the PC also make a little noise until they are turned on from the outlet. As soon as I turn off the sound on the laptop to zero, there is absolute silence, or if I turn on the video, I can’t hear the noise either. Is this the norm?
