The laptop refuses to see PC3. What to do?

Hello. There is an Asus x550 laptop, initially there was 6 GB of RAM, the whole trick is that 4 GB is soldered on the motherboard, and a low-power (1.35V) 2 GB bar (2GB 1Rx16 PC3L-12800S) is installed in a single slot. There was an opportunity to increase from 2 to 4, replace it with 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-12800S (1.5V). But the laptop does not turn on stubbornly, although it shows signs of life, when replaced back to the native PC3L 2Gb, everything works fine. And the connector says 1.5V.
I would be very grateful for the help (if necessary, I can attach a photo).

@serpyxa

you look at the bar itself, which was standard, there is also 1.35, buy a low-voltage one and you will be happy
