Monitor problem?

Hello cheaters! I need some advice... In January I bought an Asus vg236he monitor. A broken subpixel appeared almost immediately. It’s extremely disappointing, but there’s nothing to be done - a warranty case of 5 (I don’t remember the exact number). A month ago, a strip of 10 minutes of green vertical appeared. Just at the intersection with this subpixel. But after that she disappeared. Tonight I turned on the monitor and found that the stripes were already “crossing” through this broken subpixel. Vertical green at full height and horizontal light. Somewhere at ~ 500 pixels.
The monitor has not been subjected to physical injury. I live alone, so no one poked a finger anywhere.
Well, as a matter of fact, the warranty case has been reached - it is necessary to bear it. I would like to ask you for advice - what should be considered, what pitfalls may be, what should be paid attention to when dealing with a service center. Maybe someone has experience.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Here is a photo of the cross.

Today I handed over the monitor, accepted without problems. Will order a matrix. They say 2 weeks on average. They said that:
“In connection with the new laws, there is no option to 'take the money' and 'choose a new similar or the same product'. There is only 'repair'."
I did not argue, it suits me. 3 year warranty anyway. But it seems to me that this is outright nonsense. Correct if not.
PS Thanks again everyone for the info. I think in order to logically "close" the issue - I will still unsubscribe when it is taken out of repair. I hope someone (God forbid, of course) will need it.

Why do you need a relationship with a service center? Take the warranty directly to the store, take a new or different model.

The fact is that the monitor is under warranty and I don’t want these massage attempts to be put forward as the reason for the appearance of the cross and denied service ... :(

It seems that the matrix has been depressurized in the region of the pixel, because. noticeable black spot. Over time, this spot will grow. There is a chance that the service will insist that the defect was due to an impact.

As a matter of fact, I wanted to know the features of these "relationships", if I may say so. It is unlikely that they will turn it on, look at it and give out another one right away. It's hard to believe, although I'd love to.

Well, if that's how it would be. If it works out, I'll take it this afternoon ... Only here they can demand an examination of the fact that the matrix was subjected to physical impact by the client. Because even if they showed me this, I would not hesitate to say that they poked a finger at the screen.

Thank you very much for the information! One of these days I'll take it - I'll unsubscribe here later, what they say.
I just don’t want to be left in the cold with a defective monitor for 13k on my hands =(

ShouldNotSeeMe Thanks for the info. And what other reasons for depressurization can occur? Except for the hit.
