The laptop does not see my Wi-Fi access point, but it sees all neighboring points. At the same time, the phones are quietly connected to it and receive the Internet. Who is guilty?

After waking up from sleep mode, the laptop stops seeing my Wi-Fi (specifically my access point. But at the same time:
1) sees all other Wi-Fi neighbors and even connects.
2) Both of my phones are securely connected to my Wi-Fi and are getting internet at 25 Mbps.
3) the situation is corrected either by rebooting the router or rebooting the laptop (the latter does not always help).
Router "Xiaomi router mini" with original firmware. Before that, there was a TP-Link 741ND, with which a similar thing was observed, but not after each exit of the laptop from hibernation (everything was fine with this), but just like that WI-Fi fell off constantly only on the laptop.
Lenovo z500 laptop, Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230 adapter.
At the same time, can anyone tell me how to choose a replacement adapter so that it works with 5GHz frequencies? Any one from Intel will do or are there nuances?

Oh, and for a long time I suffered the same way ...
Dear, change the broadcast frequency in the router settings, for example from 5 GHz to 2.4 and may you be happy.
