Do I have the right to make Wi-Fi bridges in the city at a distance of 1 km?

Can one individual create a bridge with a second individual at a distance of 300 meters - 10 kilometers?

I constantly hear different opinions, someone says that they “will not burn” if circular polarization is used, someone “yes, I did it a hundred times”, someone says that depending on the power of the transmitter, they say, no more than 100 milliwatts and do whatever your heart desires, the latter claim that only indoors. Where to look for the actual truth? Or in plain text, if someone has the information.

now there are a lot of subscriber devices, so it can run 300 meters with normal power without consequences. it is unlikely that they will dig the difference between the access point modes. but for 10 km you need a completely different power - in the city, you will give interference, they will pull out quickly. somewhere in a remote village - who needs nafig.

The main thing is not to exceed the permitted power for your country. Good antennas will save the father of Russian democracy;) Dig in the direction of the nearest branch of the GRCHTS.

If directed and not through the neighbors, then no one needs you.

There is such a term "Industrial link". This is if you use the link for your own purposes, within the enterprise. Example - Office to link with a warehouse. There will be a minimum fee, many times less than for the operator.
