Why are there constant network outages when connecting via wifi?

Given: an almost new ASUS laptop (a month from purchase) (if necessary, I will indicate the model). The Internet works on a 50/50 system. 50 seconds it flies, 50 lies (errors by type: dns probe finished no internet and just a message about the lack of internet). At the same time, the WIFI connection itself remains stable. OS Kali is also installed in parallel. The problem is on two OSes. At the same time, connecting to the phone in modem mode via USB works better, but the problem persists. The problem started abruptly 3 days ago. At the same time, I did not touch the network settings, I could not pick up viruses (I did not download anything from the left sites / torrents)

Checked: everything is fine on other devices. When updating the driver, nothing has changed (from the off site). The problem from changing the browser / OS does not change. Restarting the computer/router had no effect. Network diagnostics in Windows does not give any errors. When changing DNS addresses, there is also no result. As if the computer, in principle, cannot connect to them (both in Windows and in Kali).
UPD: no problems were found during Dr.Web Curelt's check.

Question: where to dig and what to do?

UPD: The problem began to appear when I tried to enable VPN when connected to Hack The Box
Driver: rtl8821ce

I really hope for your help
