Laptop resets WiFi

Good evening friends!
I ran into a problem:
The laptop drops the WiFi connection and when I try to reconnect it writes: “There were problems connecting ... blablaba” I poke “Fix” and everything starts working after the adapter is turned off and on.
What could it be? The rest of the devices work fine and the laptop has already lived in comfort with this router for half a year, the second day is such a disaster (

I encountered this twice on Win7 + DLINK DIRxxxx.
It helped to update the firmware on the router to the latest.

I had the same trouble with my Acer Aspire One D250, everything worked fine for 2 years, then the story started like yours - turning the adapter on / off helped, then rebooting the computer, then it started working randomly, although other devices worked tolerably with this router, there were from time to time network loss but immediately reconnected. I decided to change the router, now everything works fine.

Is the network encrypted?
