The first time you access a network folder by a short name, it gives an error 0x80070035, but after 2-3 retries it still opens the folder. How to fix?

The first time you access a network folder by a short name, it gives an error 0x80070035, but after 2-3 retries it still opens the folder. At the same time, if you enter the folder name in the format name.domain or IP address, then there are no problems. The problem is only with access by a short folder name. NSLookup doesn't seem to show any problems with DNS.
All computers on the network are either Windows 10 or Windows Server 2012 R2
The machine on which the problematic folder is located is Windows Server 2012.

Try to autoload (or run manually before accessing the folder) a script like this on the client machine:

Don't forget to change the net use line to match the names of your network folders.
