Why does internet speed fluctuate?
If you measure the connection speed on any site, then I will see the result of downloading data ~ 5mb / s.
I'm downloading a 3gb windows update. As you can see in the screenshot, the speed jerks back and forth. It started somewhere around 80% of the load. The next 10% loaded 40-50 minutes. 6-8 seconds speed = 0, 2 seconds rises to 3-4mb / s, then again drops to 0.
What should I do? -__-
