How to protect yourself from listening to traffic?

Some hooligans get access to the data transmitted by me through Internet browsers. Increased security measures and even changing equipment did not help.
Could it be that someone who has access to the router is sniffing the traffic? I do not think that vandals crashed into the cable, it would be too much :) The
question is serious. I don't have paranoia.

1. Clean operating system and hardware.
2. Adequate browser with disabled cookies, script analysis.
3. Encrypted tunnel (VPN) to a trusted server - with physical key exchange.
It is not uncommon for an ISP to modify traffic and perform JavaScript injections.

The question is too complex
. You can listen through the service that you use, through browser plugins, through keyboard shortcuts, ...
To transparently sniff traffic through https, you need to have a certificate for services.
Buy a vpn to start and test your opponents with fake data

where did you get the idea that some kind of hooligans get access to your data? don't forget about social engineering methods. Maybe these hooligans know you well, or even simpler - they know your passwords? And not by technical means.

The question is serious.

If you need (check) the simplest solution is the TOR network .
