The easiest way to make a home VPN server?
Given: In the home network, a couple of computers (PC and server on Win2016 for experiments) and NAS.
You need access to a PC via RDP, connect to home spheres for file sharing and sometimes you need to connect to the network from your home IP when traveling (so as not to burn the location to the employer).
Now I use the connection via TeamViewer / Anidesk, but there are drawbacks - you need to connect a monitor, otherwise it turns on the resolution of 800x600, TeamViewer strains because of the server Windows like "I smell commercial use" and can turn on connection restrictions at any time, and file sharing is organized there is not very convenient .
In general, a home VPN in one fell swoop would solve all problems without any crutches.
As I understand it, some routers have the ability to raise a VPN if there is a white IP (but maybe dynDNS will work?). Because I just recently changed the router to TP-Link and there is no VPN there, I would not want to change the router again. Is it possible to connect a second router to it purely for VPN (some old model with Avito).
Can it really be possible to raise a VPN server under Windows? Or make a virtual machine with Linux and set it up there?

You don't even need to raise your server.
